- By participating, artists consent to their photos and displays being captured during the event and used for promotional purposes.

Attendance:
- Artists must be present at their assigned space from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.
- Late arrivals or early departures may result in warnings or penalties.

Setup and Cleanup:
- Artists must complete their setup by 3:45 PM and ensure their space is clean and tidy before leaving.
- No early teardown is allowed unless pre-approved by the organizers.

Responsibility:
- Artists are liable for any damage caused to the venue or provided facilities (e.g., tables, chairs, or other property).
- The organizers are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or exhibits during the event.

Original Work Only:
- Only original, handmade, or self-created artwork is permitted for sale. Selling stolen or unauthorized art is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event.

- Counterfeit or illegal goods are not allowed and may result in legal action.

- Sharp objects, steel items, and materials deemed inappropriate by the organizers are not allowed for sale or display.

- Artists are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward attendees, fellow participants, and organizers.
- Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

- Artists must ensure that their displays do not obstruct pathways or interfere with other participants.
